It takes approximately 15 to 20 business days to create your custom artwork before we can ship it to you.

If we complete your order before those 15 business days, we'll ship it once it's completed.

Remember, these are custom orders made just for you. Please allow us the time to create your lasting keepsake name jewelry. It will be worth the wait.
